The Board of Directors of FH FILPA is composed of the President and six Members and is elected by the General Assembly for a two-year term. The President and the Members of the Board of Directors are elected by the General Assembly by separate vote. The positions of Vice-President, General Secretary and Treasurer provided for by the Statute are determined following an internal procedure of the Board of Directors.
