The mission of FH FILPA is the continuous effort to highlight, promote and disseminate the idea of preserving, maintaining and using the old car and motorcycle as well as any other type of old self-propelled wheeled vehicle, as part of our motorized heritage.

As FH FILPA is the National Authority of FIVA (ANF) in Greece, it certifies and issues the FIVA Identity Card for Historic Vehicles and the Youngtimer Registration Document for Youngtimer Vehicles. It also issues the Certificate of Characterization and the Certificate of Conformity for Vehicles of Historical Interest, in accordance with Law 4850/2021. In addition, it licenses Regularity events, Touring events, Concours d’Elegance as well as Static displays/exhibitions.
